*We will work with you to help you best utilize your dental benefits. We accept most major dental insurance plans. As a courtesy to you, we estimate what portion of your treatment the insurance company will pay, and what portion will be out of pocket for those plans that we have an “in-network” contract with. If you have a plan we are considered “out-of-network” with, you will be responsible for paying our office fees at the time of service, and your insurance company will reimburse you. We use the most accurate information we can obtain to estimate these portions, and we appreciate your understanding in the event that there is a difference between the estimate and the actual portion. In some cases insurance companies will downgrade or deny the treatment we submit. If this happens you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance for your treatment.
